Are your tools really free? Is there a paid version?

Yes. All tools on this site are free to use. There is no paid tier, no premium account, and no subscription. The site is supported by advertising so the tools can remain free without login requirements.

My image dimensions do not match what Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok requires. Is your guide wrong?

Platform requirements change regularly and sometimes without notice. We review guides frequently, but a platform can change behavior before we update the page. If you spot an issue, email us with the page URL, the correction, and a source. We appreciate those reports and use them to keep guides current.

Can I use your tool results in commercial projects?

Yes. Outputs generated by the tools, such as calculated dimensions, CSS values, or converted ratios, can be used in personal or commercial projects. Our written content remains protected by copyright. See the Terms of Service for content usage details.

Why did the Aspect Ratio Calculator give a different result than I expected?

The calculator simplifies ratios to their lowest common form, so 1920 x 1080 becomes 16:9 rather than 1920:1080. Some publishing ratios are also represented as decimals instead of clean integers. If the result still looks wrong after checking the inputs, send us the exact values and we will take a look.

Do you have an API for your tools?

We do not currently offer a public API. If you need an integration for a serious use case, send a business inquiry with details about your workflow and what an API would need to do.

Can I suggest a new platform for the Social Media Image Sizes guide?

Yes. We welcome requests for new platforms, content types, and tool workflows. The cleanest way to send that request is with the subject line [Feature Suggestion] and a short note about what platform or format you want covered.
